Spring is in the air and I am so excited!! Don’t get me wrong, I actually like winter; the big coats, the layers, the boots, the baked dinners and hot drinks. But there is just something about spring that is fresh and new and makes you feel like ‘yep this is it’.
One of my favourite things about Spring though, is the fashion. It’s that change of season when it’s not too hot or too cold and you can get away with wearing just about anything. Not to mention all the new lines for Spring/Summer get released and their are some great trends for the coming seasons.
So what’s coming up? Well there are the usual suspects, plenty of colour (especially blues and reds), denim (always), white, patterns and flowing fabric. But two things that seem to be big this Spring are off-the-shoulder tops and shirt dresses and I am looking forward to it!
I love a good off-the shoulder top and don’t have any in my wardrobe so it’s a great excuse to go for a bit of a Spring shop. And normally I’m not one for tiny short or skirts so shirt dresses, groovy jumpsuits and flowing anything sounds like a good season to me!
